  • Eligible Returns and Unde-warranty items: Products that are still under warranty may be eligible for repair or replacement, provided that PC4Me is an authorized service center for the unit's brand. We accept returns for higher-value items, including laptops and printers, within 7 days of the purchase date. To qualify for a return, these items must be in their original condition, complete with all packaging, accessories, and documentation. The box must be in the same condition as purchased and will not be received otherwise.  All items inside the box, such as CDs and manuals, must also be returned.   • Accessories: Accessories such as headsets, power supplies, and flash drives may be returned within 24 hours of purchase. To be eligible for a return, accessories must be unopened and in their original packaging. Some items such as HDMI cables and wired earphones are tested after purchase and once deemed working, cannot be returned. Any software products are considered final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

  • Consumable Items: Please note that consumable items, such as inks and cartridges, are not eligible for return.
